Can I cancel an order?
We generally process orders quickly, but when your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel your order if possible. Please contact us.
Do you ship to my country?
During the checkout process, you will be able to see if shipping to your country is available. We do not ship to certain countries from which we have experienced frequent and multiple cases of mail fraud or if your chosen shipping method is not available in your country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Some items in stock will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Others may take a little longer. Occasionally, it may take longer than 10 working days for your order to arrive, but if it has been longer than this, please get in touch.
Can I exchange or return my item?
Yes, if for any reason you are unhappy with the product provided, we may be able to offer an exchange. If you received a product you believe has a fault, please get in touch to process a return.
Can I get a replacement strap?
We are more than willing to help you to find a strap for your watch if you provide us with pictures of the front and back of the watch and let us know what type of strap you want (e.g. original, original brand or a generic strap).
